  • Full-time diploma program that provides a complete understanding of hospitality management, customer service, as well as issues, policies and trends affecting tourism and service organizations.

  • Students develop professional skills to be employed as an associate, front-line employee, supervisor or manager in retail or hospitality industries.

 

CO-OP (paid)

  • Students will apply their skills in a paid co-op session for 36 weeks that provides hands-on experience in hospitality and customer service settings.

  • To earn their diploma, students will complete the co-op and a co-op review.

48 weeks
